Who We Are
PT Bhineka Inovasi Ketahanan Energi Tbk (BIKE), formerly PT Sepeda Bersama Indonesia Tbk, was founded in Tangerang in 2017. Over eight years, the Company built a bicycle distribution network of 319 stores across Java, Bali, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Nusa Tenggara, Maluku, and Papua.
Through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on 2 July 2026, the Company formally became a super holding. Backed by PT Penajam Makmur Jaya as controlling shareholder, BIKE now focuses on national development priorities: renewable energy, data centers, integrated utility networks, and strategic infrastructure.
