The Beginning

PT Sepeda Bersama Indonesia is founded in Tangerang as a bicycle wholesaler.

2017–2025

A National Network

The network grows to 319 stores across eight island regions, offering over 100 bicycle types and 300 variants each year.

2026

A New Era

PT Penajam Makmur Jaya becomes controlling shareholder (74.90%) and provides an IDR 1 trillion capital loan facility for the Company's expansion.

2 Jul 2026

BIKE Is Born

The EGMS approves the new name PT Bhineka Inovasi Ketahanan Energi Tbk, a new logo, and a new Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners.
